Cacao & Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
Cacao & Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
Unlike coffee, which constricts blood vessels and raises your heart rate to increase blood flow, cacao is 99.9 percent caffeine-free. Instead of caffeine, cacao contains something called theobromine which translates as “food of the gods” in Greek.
Blue Lotus Flower is a water lily that predominantly grows in Egypt and certain parts of Asia. It holds cultural importance, and images of the flower have been found on ancient papyri and on the walls of tombs. Historians believe it was once used in Egypt as a traditional medicine to treat an array of conditions and disorders like anxiety and insomnia.
Drink from a handcrafted fired pottery cup as you open your heart and increase circulation. Sip this “Food of the Gods” to enhance your session.
